Historical Bangkok cohort: 573 people met another person in person; 133 returned for another meeting, an observed repeat rate of 23.2%, with an 18-day median gap to the next meeting.

The data is from the August 2026 historical analytics reconstruction, with import-date limitations for part of the cohort. These are observed historical meeting behaviours, not active-user or paid-retention metrics.

Bottom-up commercial milestones: 100 first paying customers in a November controlled pilot; 500 paying members by month six; and 2,000 paying members by month twelve. At a simple illustrative US$20 per month, 2,000 paying members would imply approximately US$480K annualised membership revenue if achieved. These are management targets, not actual run rate or forecasts.

Supply partnerships: Hungry Hub restaurant bookings live; Viator global experience integration in progress; Eventbrite integrated in New Zealand; KKday agreement signed but not yet connected. Third-party inventory is neither exclusive nor evidence of earned commission.

Addressable market: We have not yet established a defensible bottom-up number of actively reachable weekly social activity seekers in Bangkok. November acquisition tests will begin defining the real reachable audience and CAC.

The next proof is repeatable paying-member acquisition.

November pilot targets: approximately US$2,000 to US$5,000 in staged acquisition testing, 100 newly paying Bangkok members and paid CAC below US$50. These are targets, not historic results.

In the controlled November pilot SPARK will measure paid CAC as attributable marketing spend divided by newly paying customers; contribution LTV as revenue net of variable fulfilment costs over a retained cohort; and payback using contribution margin, separating annual from monthly subscribers. The acquisition engine only scales after a valid paid cohort exists.

Observed churn and contribution LTV will be measured as paid cohorts mature.

Local member density, trust, activity history, and venue distribution may compound with scale; these are execution hypotheses, not existing barriers to entry. Before spending: reconcile first-time paid transactions, attribution, app activation, completed real-world meetings and refund events.

After the pilot: report actual channel-level paying CAC, cost per first completed meeting, contribution margin, conversion, refund rate and initial D30 retained usage. Report 90-day retention in February 2027 after the cohort matures.
